## Refund & credit replacement eligibility

- **Unopened Prepaid Assessment Packs**: Prepaid candidate session packs that have had **zero** invitations dispatched are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.
- **Platform Fault Session Credits**: If a candidate session fails due to a verified Clevid platform outage, the consumed session credit is automatically restored to your organization's balance at no charge.
- **How to Request a Billing Review**: Email `support@clevid.com` with your organization ID and invoice number; our billing team responds within 2 business days.
