Terms of Service
Governing terms for organizations and individuals accessing the Clevid assessment platform and desktop client.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Clevid platform, APIs, HR Console, and desktop software.
1. Acceptable use
- Hiring Organizations agree to use Clevid solely for lawful technical and professional skill evaluations, to provide clear notice to candidates prior to proctored sessions, and to ensure human review of flagged integrity events before making adverse hiring decisions.
- Candidates agree to complete assessments without unauthorized external assistance, floating overlays, or attempts to tamper with the Clevid Desktop Client.
2. Intellectual property & candidate work
Hiring organizations retain ownership of their custom question banks and assessment configurations. Candidates and hiring organizations retain their respective rights in candidate submissions as governed by the hiring organization's recruitment policies.
3. Service availability & limitation of liability
Clevid provides resilient upload buffering and real-time status monitoring. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clevid's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by the customer organization in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
