Clevid is built around strict data minimization: recording happens only while an assessment timer is actively running, and every session belongs exclusively to the hiring organization that invited the candidate.

What is collected vs. never collected

Access logs & organization isolation
- Encrypted Storage: All assessment answers and video clips are encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated to the inviting company's workspace.
- Reviewer Audit Trail: Every time a recruiter or hiring manager views a candidate's recording, an audit log entry records who viewed the session and when.
Default retention schedules
Hiring organizations can customize automatic deletion windows in Settings → Organization (/dashboard/settings):
